What is Sing Your Heart Out ? (Our Mission Statement)
Sing Your Heart Out is a series of singing workshops designed to get people together to enjoy themselves, and to gain the known benefits to mental health from singing.
Who can join in ? Anyone who is a present or past user of Norfolk mental health services, their family, friends, carers, any support workers, and staff or anyone interested
Do you need any experience or special talent ?
No! Anyone who thinks they might enjoy it is welcome. We do not have written music, everything is learned by listening and repeating.
